Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- good physical stamina
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- no tolerance for illegal drug and alcohol use in the workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food preparation or service
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- good communication skills
- familiarity with digital tools and technology in a retail environment
- strong teamwork and adaptability
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintain shelves cleanliness and temperature control
- verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- prepare and serve ready-to-eat food according to recipes
- maintain sanitized and member-ready area
- follow company policies on claims, returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
- utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve business decisions
