Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation or service preferred

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes
- Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the work area
- Monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates
- Dispose of lesser-quality food products according to guidelines
- Assist members with bakery orders and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members and use digital tools to improve operations and sales
