The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing, stocking, and serving hot and cold foods such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza. Team Members are expected to provide courteous and efficient customer service, adhere strictly to store Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. They work alongside Team Leaders and other Team Members to ensure smooth floor operations and contribute to the store’s overall goals, such as promoting national and regional programs and initiatives. A successful Team Member in this position must have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to selling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
