Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
  • Hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
  • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to work in cold (below 32°F), refrigerated (32-40°F), and hot (above 90°F) temperatures
  • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery
  • May require use of ladders

Job Duties

  • Cut, prepare, and serve various hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza
  • Sample products to customers
  • Stock hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods
  • Check in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotate stock when necessary
  • Bail and consolidate recyclables
  • Assist Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
  • Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
