The Prepared Foods Team Member role at Whole Foods Market provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of this impactful company. This position involves participation in the preparation, service, sanitation, and stocking of products within the prepared foods department. Primary responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold foods such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas. Sampling products to customers helps enhance their shopping experience and boost sales. Maintaining freshness through product date checks, stocking cases and displays, waste reduction, and assisting in inventory management are also integral to the role. Team Members contribute to the cleanliness and safety of their work environment by following health and sanitation regulations and reporting any hazards immediately. This is a full-time or part-time hourly position with a pay range of $15.00 to $24.40 per hour, depending on experience.
