Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- Ability to perform hand use including grasping, manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery
- May require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Cuts and prepares a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizza
- Samples products to customers
- Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods
- Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotates products when necessary
- Bails and consolidates recyclables
- Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets
- Assists with periodic inventory checks
- Arrives to work station on time and properly groomed
- Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
- Follows and ensures compliance with health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintains clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- Immediately reports safety hazards and violations
