We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Prepared Foods team. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $24.40, commensurate with experience. As a Prepared Foods team member, your core responsibilities will revolve around the preparation, presentation, sanitation, and stocking of a variety of delicious hot and cold foods. These include meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas, all carefully crafted to meet Whole Foods Market's high standards.

The position requires working closely within a team-oriented environment, supporting team leaders, and consistently providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to both customers and fellow team members. This role demands adherence to store Standard Operating Procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance policies. Team members are expected to be proactive in maintaining cleanliness, compliance, and product freshness by monitoring stock dates and performing regular spoilage checks.

Additionally, this role requires engaging directly with customers by sampling products and addressing their needs effectively, which helps enhance the overall shopping experience. Team members will also assist with inventory checks, organizing and displaying seasonal items, and optimizing sales through suggestive selling techniques. This hands-on position combines culinary skills with customer service, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, clear communication, and a passion for natural, sustainable foods.
