Job Requirements
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand or walk for 6 to 8 hours during an 8-hour work day
- Ability to perform single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures around 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders
- Arrives to work station on time and appropriately groomed
- Works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings

Job Duties
- Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods, including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, and pizza
- Samples products to customers
- Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods
- Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotates when necessary
- Bails and consolidates recyclables
- Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items
- Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required
- Assists with periodic inventory checks
- Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs, models suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- Follows health and sanitation procedures
- Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- Performs opening, mid, and closing duties including ensuring accuracy of signs and pricing
- Immediately reports safety hazards and violations
