Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- retail work experience or store leader recommendation
- Food Safety certification
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- satisfactory performance and disciplinary record

- retail leadership or supervisory experience
- successful performance as a Peer Trainer or in-store champion
- demonstrated product knowledge relevant to prepared foods
- satisfactory performance and discipline record
- Food Safety certification
Job Duties
- Interview, select and train Team Members
- direct the work of Team Members
- appraise Team Members’ productivity and efficiency
- handle Team Member issues including complaints
- discipline Team Members
- plan the work
- distribute or assign work among Team Members
- provide for the safety and security of Team Members or the store
- manage the budget for the department or location
- manage inventory for the department or location
- monitor or implement compliance measures
- direct, oversee, and evaluate training provided to department Team Members
- provide motivational leadership focusing on respect
- identify strengths and opportunities of the team
- develop future leaders
- nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity
- maintain safety as the top priority
- inspire team and guests with passion for food
- set and reach sales and profit goals
- establish ongoing communication with the team
- communicate with merchandisers about promotions
- make innovative plans to improve business
- review and analyze financial and historical reports
- oversee period inventories for accuracy
