Other duties include maximizing sales potential through proper prep and merchandising, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and performing opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will demonstrate thorough product knowledge, the ability to produce recipes in required batch sizes, an understanding of market conditions, spoilage and supply waste effects, and merchandising expectations. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to deliver information clearly and respectfully to customers, team members, and vendors are also vital.
