Known for its commitment to high-quality organic and natural products, the co-op integrates cooperative business values that promote community engagement, environmental stewardship, and economic fairness. A strong leadership presence is expected to inspire, coach, and support staff while also filling in operationally as required.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and retail environment, enjoys solving challenges efficiently, and is committed to the success of the team and the co-op’s mission. Working at Good Foods Co-op means joining a dynamic, collaborative team environment that values accountability, shared success, and ongoing personal and professional growth. Competitive wages are offered based on experience, with full-time employees becoming eligible for robust benefits after 90 days of employment, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) participation with employer match.
