The role being offered is an integral position within Whole Foods Market's retail team, specifically focused on dishwashing and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas. This is an entry-level position that supports the overall kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares are washed, sanitized, and stored properly. Besides dishwashing, team members contribute to maintaining kitchen cleanliness, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. They are also expected to provide courteous, efficient service to customers and fellow team members while displaying a passion for natural foods and the company’s mission.

This job requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. No prior retail experience is required, and successful candidates will be able to thrive through effective communication, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness and safety.
