Job Requirements

- Must successfully complete job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in fresh food preparation preferred
- Food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification, is desirable
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Proficient in using digital tools and handheld devices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service experience is an asset
Job Duties
- Following recipes and preparing fresh food items daily
- Properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise
- Maintaining food quality standards, including temperature control and expiration date verification
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas according to food safety standards
- Using handheld technology for production ordering and inventory management
- Assisting members with bakery orders and customer service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to educate associates and ensure compliance with company policies
