Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Food Service Food Handler Certification is preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with fresh food preparation preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic digital literacy to use handheld technology
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are available in prepared foods area
- Clean shelves and maintain temperature control
- Verify expiration dates and dispose of lesser-quality food
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain sales floor according to company policies and procedures
- Handle claims and returns
- Organize and stock merchandise
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
