We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cold Station Cooks. This important role involves preparing, cooking, and assembling a variety of cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers, as well as hot and cold desserts. The Cold Station Cook plays a critical role in ensuring all dishes meet The Capital Grille's quality standards and are delivered promptly to guests. Responsibilities include stocking the kitchen alley and line with necessary ingredients and supplies to efficiently complete orders while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness protocols. Employees in this role contribute to a safe and sanitary kitchen environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cold station cooking preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items including salads cold appetizers hot and cold desserts

  • Maintain clean sanitized and safe restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order completion
