The company takes pride in upholding specific recipe and sanitation standards, ensuring every plate served meets the highest culinary expectations. Tatte's savory team members play an essential role in maintaining this standard of excellence, working collaboratively within a well-structured team environment. Tatte's reputation is built on its core values, and each savory team member contributes to the company’s mission by delivering exceptional food and service that make every dining experience memorable.

The savory team positions at Tatte include dishwashers, prep cooks, and line cooks, each with distinct responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen. As a savory team member, candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values passion for cooking, freshness, cleanliness, and flexibility. The company expects its team members to have the willingness to help where needed and be adaptable to various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and afternoon or evening hours. While some positions ideally require previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, enthusiastic individuals with a dedicated work ethic are also welcomed.

Their duties include preparing and cooking food based on recipes while meeting quality and presentation standards. They operate various kitchen equipment, prepare ingredients by portioning and measuring, and ensure food safety through correct appliance and food temperatures. Line cooks actively participate in setting up and breaking down workstations, adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Dishwashers play a critical role in maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness and sanitation. They are responsible for operating and caring for dish machines, keeping a steady supply of clean dishware and utensils, and thriving in a fast-paced environment to ensure the kitchen remains orderly and fully stocked throughout the shift. All savory team members at Tatte must possess strong communication skills, stamina to work long hours on their feet, and the physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Tatte offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour for dishwashers, $18.50 per hour for prep cooks, and $19.25 per hour for line cooks. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, vacation time after one year of service, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, the work schedules are designed to avoid late nights, providing flexibility along with free drinks and discounted meals. Tatte is committed to fostering growth within the organization, encouraging team members to develop their careers in an exciting culinary environment.
