Minero is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join its growing culinary team. Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists
  • wash, chop, portion, label, and store food items following safety standards
  • assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service
  • maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment
  • support daily cleaning and closing procedures
  • follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently
