Job Description

Uchi Washington D.C. is an upcoming addition to the vibrant culinary scene of downtown Washington D.C., located at 1150 17th Street NW. Slated to open in mid-May 2026, with orientation beginning in mid-April 2026, this new establishment promises to bring an exceptional dining experience to the capital. Uchi, which means 'house' in Japanese, was founded by the acclaimed James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
