As a member of The Haymaker’s kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each guest receives not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with additional compensation based on experience, and the position is part-time with flexible scheduling to accommodate school, family, second jobs, or other commitments. The kitchen team members are responsible for maintaining a clean workspace, following menu guidelines precisely, and upholding strict food safety and handling procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds safely. This position requires at least one year of kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
