Job Requirements
- Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
- Compliance with specific state regulations and requirements
- Availability for the shift from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
- Willingness to engage in à la minute cooking and preparation techniques
Job Qualifications
- Culinary experience in a professional kitchen
