Job Requirements

  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • previous kitchen experience preferred

  • dependable and punctual

  • Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred but not required
  • strong knife skills and understanding of basic food prep techniques
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • organized, efficient, and able to multitask
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
  • dependable, punctual, and eager to serve
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards
  • food handler's certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • wash, chop, measure, and portion food items for daily service
  • label, date, and store ingredients properly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, equipment, and storage
  • assist line cooks and chefs with prep lists and daily tasks
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • support the kitchen team during busy periods as needed
  • communicate inventory needs or shortages to supervisors
