Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8 to 10 hours per shift
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and food items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas
  • Follow safety and food handling procedures
  • Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Adhere to recipe specifications to ensure consistency
