Job Requirements
- 18 years old or older
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship training
- 2-3 years of experience in contract foodservice
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Teamwork skills
- High organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stress
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certified
- At least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or graduation from a certified apprenticeship program
- Minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience in the contract foodservice industry
- Experience in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and/or entertainment venue preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and leadership
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Able to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- Practice safe work habits and complete all safety training
Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy that serves as a guide to fellow associates
- Regularly meet with supervision to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes, and other information pertinent to job performance
- Ensure that only the highest-of-quality product is served to our guests
- Maintain and abide by County Health/Sanitation as well as Legends Hospitality standards
- Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a regular basis
- Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management
