Job Requirements

  • Ability to work safely, quickly and efficiently with strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment between 34 - 38 degrees
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
  • Full weekend and holiday availability
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Successful completion of a drug screen including THC

Job Qualifications

  • One year of high volume kitchen experience preferred with a strong emphasis on traditional culinary fundamentals
  • General knowledge of basic kitchen ingredients, equipment and tools
  • Good verbal, written and literary skills
  • Positive can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Gathering ingredients for cooking and assembling a variety of ready-to-eat foods and salads
  • Evaluating finished products for appearance, taste, smell, and texture according to internal specifications
  • Maintaining a clean work area, equipment and utensils
  • Follow safety guidelines and use caution in proper lifting techniques, handling of knives, kitchen utensils, ovens, skillets, and kettles
  • Other duties as assigned
