Job Duties

demonstrate a strong understanding of RH's prep recipes
consistently adhere to standards of quality, portioning, and technique
prepare daily mise en place with accuracy and timeliness
work independently while contributing to overall readiness of the kitchen
maintain a high level of organization and focus while executing multiple recipes simultaneously
uphold RH's standards of quality and cleanliness at prep stations and ingredient storage areas
partner with location leadership to determine prep priorities, timelines, and quantities
