Job Duties

  • demonstrate a strong understanding of RH's prep recipes
  • consistently adhere to standards of quality, portioning, and technique
  • prepare daily mise en place with accuracy and timeliness
  • work independently while contributing to overall readiness of the kitchen
  • maintain a high level of organization and focus while executing multiple recipes simultaneously
  • uphold RH's standards of quality and cleanliness at prep stations and ingredient storage areas
  • partner with location leadership to determine prep priorities, timelines, and quantities
