Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak read and write English
  • Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high culinary standards
  • Capability to lift 50 lbs while bending reaching and twisting
  • Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Cut wash and prepare produce with sharp knives
  • Portion frozen and thawed fry items according to recipes and par guidelines
  • Execute daily prep sheet so the kitchen team has everything they need
  • Re-stock the kitchen line
  • Clean as you go to maintain organization in your workspace
  • Put away deliveries
  • Take out the trash
  • Wash dishes and tools in a 3-compartment sink putting all items away neatly
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth shift
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the manager
