Job Requirements

  • Must have at least one or more years of experience with a combination of previous food and beverage experience
  • luxury environment experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Preparing food in a kitchen by gathering, chopping, portioning, and processing ingredients
  • storing food, cleaning work areas and tools, preparing take-away packages, disposing of waste, and cleaning garbage containers
  • slicing and dicing fruits, vegetables, and meat
  • making salads, sandwiches, and other cold food items
  • working effectively with the team, and complying with company procedures and food safety policies
