Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow food safety standards and regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for long periods
- Commitment to team collaboration and customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic English proficiency for understanding instructions and communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the chef
- Prepare food items following established quantities and recipes
- Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment per department procedures
- Store, label, and date all food items according to policy
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety
- Complete all required documentation, reports, and logs
- Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner
- Resolve customer concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
