Job Duties

Prepare and store food and necessary supplies
prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces
cook food by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods following recipes and specific standards
maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene requirements through proper food handling and storage
clean and disinfect cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
conduct inventory checks and complete food storage records
measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure proper cooking and taste
maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
prepare, portion and/or cook food passionately according to quality control specifications
