Job Requirements
- Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service philosophy
- Regularly meet with supervision to review assignments and business levels
- Ensure the highest quality products are served
- Abide by County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards
- Provide efficient service and quality products
- Keep equipment operational and clean
- Rotate to other service locations as necessary
- Be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess culinary degree or apprenticeship certification or equivalent experience
- Have 2-3 years of related cooking experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines
- Be committed to high-level customer service
- Be flexible with working hours
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain organization and attention to detail
- Be calm under pressure
- Maintain a positive attitude and guest service approach
- Be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Make decisions independently
- Accept responsibility for tasks
- Practice safe work habits
- Complete required safety training
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certified preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or graduate of a certified apprenticeship program preferred
- 2-3 years of cooking experience in contract foodservice industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to customer service with initiative and leadership
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with high level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and provide consistent positive guest service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
- Ability to accept and carry out responsibility for directions
- Practice of safe work habits and completion of safety training
Job Duties

- Ensure all equipment is properly operational and cleaned regularly
- Display flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
