Job Requirements

- Be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess culinary degree or apprenticeship certification or equivalent experience
- Have 2-3 years of related cooking experience

Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certified preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or graduate of a certified apprenticeship program preferred
- 2-3 years of cooking experience in contract foodservice industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to customer service with initiative and leadership
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with high level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and provide consistent positive guest service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
