Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in a prep cook role
- Familiarity with various types of fish, meats, and their specific handling requirements
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and skilled in using kitchen equipment
- Ability to prepare food under strict time constraints
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to speak English clearly and coherently
- Committed, trustworthy, and with a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in food production
- Ability to frequently stand and walk for an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Basic math skills are essential
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble to-go and dine-in options from the salad station, raw bar, starters, poke sections of the menu as well as market ready fish, oysters, and shellfish
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
- Serve guests and diners food offerings and alcohol with friendly attentiveness
- Restock food, supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean-up
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
