Job Requirements
- Full-time or part-time availability with a flexible schedule
- At least one year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays including early mornings and late nights
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred but not required
- Internal candidates must be in good standing with no performance issues in the past year

- Proven experience as a kitchen cook for at least one year
- Excellent knife skills
- Ability to adhere to recipe standards
- Passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Perform routine food preparation tasks
- Complete preparation of food and recipes
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
