Job Duties

Coordinate, organize and prepare scratch made food items according to recipes, standards and procedures
Ensure proper measurements and ingredient usage
Monitor shelf life of food items to maintain freshness
Maintain high food quality standards at all times
Adhere to health, safety and sanitation procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized by cleaning as you go
Collaborate with team members to support a smooth kitchen workflow
