Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of cooking experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and event days
  • Capability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must abide by company policies on safety including use of gloves, oven mitts and slip-resistant shoes
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Must have reliable transportation to the Paycom Center

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of cooking experience
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • Commitment to safety protocols and proper food handling

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
  • Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
  • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
