Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of cooking experience in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and event days
- Capability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must abide by company policies on safety including use of gloves, oven mitts and slip-resistant shoes
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Must have reliable transportation to the Paycom Center
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of cooking experience
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
- Experience in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Commitment to safety protocols and proper food handling
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
- Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
- Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
- Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat
