Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
4+ years of prep cook experience preferred
willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
preferred 4 or more years of prep cook experience
knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
ability to follow directions accurately
willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy guest needs

Job Duties

Follow the prep list created by the kitchen manager to plan duties
label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc
undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc
prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, etc
maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc
ensure all food and other items are stored properly
comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
perform other duties as assigned by upper management
