- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line
- food handlers card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Follow food safety procedures
- prepare specific recipes for service
- clean, sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools throughout kitchen
- ensure only fresh high quality ingredients are used
- ensure the proper recipe is displayed on the monitor during preparation and cooking
- ensure proper recipe adherence is followed whenever producing items
- maintain a safe work environment by keeping floor surfaces clean, dry and free from debris
- ensure proper use of PPE
- demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking equipment
- keep a clean and organized workstation
- communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- build lasting relationships with trust and respect
- create a fun work environment
