Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time and adhere to uniform standards
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace while performing organized tasks with no unnecessary steps
- Follow 100 percent recipe knowledge when preparing or assisting in production
- Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
- Keep kitchen and equipment in "like new" condition practicing clean as you go
- Measure productivity by quality and quantity of work completed in specified time
- Organize supplies and stock before busy periods while fostering teamwork
