  • Perform portion control using scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards
  • Keep kitchen and equipment in "like new" condition practicing clean as you go
  • Measure productivity by quality and quantity of work completed in specified time
  • Organize supplies and stock before busy periods while fostering teamwork
