Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
- Ability to stand for routine durations during shifts
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment such as hand carts blenders knives slices and wine keys
- Availability to work scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus and recipes including ingredients preparation methods and presentation
- Provide constructive performance feedback to kitchen teammates while practicing open authentic dialogue with the restaurant team
- Ensure safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Assist with preparation and presentation of seasonal dishes and hand-crafted cocktails following brand standards
- Maintain compliance with food handler regulations and safety requirements
- Support other departments as needed to enhance guest experience
