Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read, interpret and prepare all food recipes within Clark Crew BBQ guidelines
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment
- Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, smokers, ovens, stoves, and dishwashers
- Ability to utilize timers and thermometers effectively when preparing recipes
Job Qualifications

- Previous prep cook or kitchen experience preferred

- Proficient in using knives and food preparation equipment
- Experience operating large-volume cooking equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare food ingredients according to Clark Crew BBQ recipes and guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are followed
- Support team members during busy periods
- Monitor ticket times to maintain efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Use knives and food preparation equipment safely and effectively
- Operate grills, smokers, ovens, and other cooking equipment
