Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a prep cook or in a commercial kitchen
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read and follow recipes and prep instructions
- Understanding of basic kitchen equipment and food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Smartphone and email access for communication and shift scheduling
- Consistent transportation to job sites in the Seattle, WA area
- Required attire includes black cook shirt or chef coat, black pants, black non-slip shoes, and apron

Job Duties
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to prep lists and recipes
- Assist cooks and chefs with daily food preparation tasks
- Properly label, store, and rotate food to ensure freshness and compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized prep station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently and cooperatively with kitchen staff
- Take direction from supervisors and adapt to different kitchen environments
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen leads or management
