Job Requirements
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare Brazilian inspired cuisine including salads, entrees and traditional recipes
- Maintain accountability for food safety and quality
- Adhere to strict recipe guidelines
- Set up and clean all aspects of assigned station
- Utilize fresh, high quality ingredients
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in on the job culinary training
