Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare Brazilian inspired cuisine including salads, entrees and traditional recipes
  • Maintain accountability for food safety and quality
  • Adhere to strict recipe guidelines
  • Set up and clean all aspects of assigned station
  • Utilize fresh, high quality ingredients
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in on the job culinary training
