The Texas Roadhouse Prep Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's legendary food quality and consistency. As a Prep Cook, the individual will be responsible for preparing ingredients from scratch according to specific legendary recipes to ensure the high standards expected by customers are met. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently. The Prep Cook will support the kitchen team by keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized, properly maintaining kitchen equipment, managing food storage and rotation, and showcasing effective teamwork to create a smooth, efficient kitchen operation.
