Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to fill in shifts as needed
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Eye for detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Duties

  • Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
  • Portion product and follow recipes
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work clean
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
