- 2-3 years of previous cook or restaurant experience
- Active Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain Food Handler's Certification
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Minimum commitment of 1 month
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working on your feet

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for both à la carte and buffet service
- Support high-volume kitchen operations with speed, consistency, and accuracy
- Assist with multiple cuisines
- Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet service demands
- Provide excellent customer service when needed
- Assist with general kitchen duties including clean-up and dishwashing
