Job Duties
- Prepare all sauces, veggies, breads etc. according to recipe and in a timely manner
- Participate in stocking and rotating of all products to ensure freshness and following health and safety guidelines
- Communicate with chef and coworkers to ensure a productive and smooth work environment
- Work with chef and kitchen manager to identify priorities on prep shifts to ensure all members of the team are working towards a common goal of fresh, properly made items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Participate in cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, equipment and floors
- Help with maintaining a clean and sanitary dish area
