Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients by following recipes, prep sheets, and spec standards
  • practice strong time management to complete prep efficiently and accurately
  • understand and execute correct portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation
  • label, date, and store all food items properly
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
  • wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed to support BOH flow
  • follow all safety and sanitation practices consistently
