Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients by following recipes, prep sheets, and spec standards
- practice strong time management to complete prep efficiently and accurately
- understand and execute correct portion sizes, taste profiles, and visual presentation
- label, date, and store all food items properly
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed to support BOH flow
- follow all safety and sanitation practices consistently
