Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- able to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity

Job Duties
- slice, dice, mix, and prep ingredients for our wood-fired oven and menu stations
- keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
- work with a fun, hardworking back-of-house team
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- assist in maintaining kitchen inventory
- support cooks and chefs with preparation tasks
- ensure timely delivery of prepped ingredients to the cooking stations
