Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D
  • restaurant operations aptitude/mastery of back-of-house including advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and roles
  • ability to work in extreme temperature conditions including a walk-in freezer at -10°F
  • ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • successful completion of restaurant training program
  • willingness to continuously learn

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and roles
  • proficiency with kitchen equipment
  • experience in restaurant operations and back-of-house mastery
  • ability to work in extreme temperature conditions
  • strong focus on food quality and presentation
  • teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prep, portion, prepare, and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot or cold desserts
  • execute all food preparation and procedures to meet recipe specifications and quality standards
  • work under the direction of the Sous Chef or Manager-on-Duty
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • support team in timely food production
