Job Requirements
- Must wear closed-toe, slip resistant shoes
- comfortable with repetitive motions
- high energy level, self motivated, and natural troubleshooter
- passion for food and using the best ingredients
- adheres to all SC Department of Agriculture requirements including cooling, time control of temperature, and proper food storage
- ability to communicate via Homebase and email
- active member of the Rosewood Market Team adhering to high standards of service, quality, and presentation
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
Job Qualifications
- A true passion for food and people
- ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team
- highly motivated and hard working with an enthusiastic attitude
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- problem-solving skills with flexibility and creativity
- current Food Handler Certification preferred but not required
- reliable transportation and punctuality
Job Duties
- Prepares fresh menu items such as salads, soups, sandwiches, and wraps with care and consistency
- chops, slices, and dices fresh fruit and vegetables with precision
- upholds top-tier food safety, sanitation, and storage standards
- helps receive and organize fresh ingredient deliveries
- maintains a clean, organized, and inspiring prep space
- collaborates closely with the Culinary Team to ensure smooth, high-quality service
