Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook or Fry/Salad Chef
- Ability to follow recipes and standards accurately
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and passion to serve guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Coordinate, organize and prepare scratch-made food items according to recipes, standards and procedures
- Ensure proper measurements and ingredient use
- Maintain high food quality and freshness
- Follow health, safety and sanitation procedures
- Clean as you go and stay organized
- Transport items and containers weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand for up to 8 hours or longer if necessary
